Good resort with a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. Had a great experience.
We recently stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for three days and overall had a good experience. The resort is nice, the rooms are comfortable and the staff were generally courteous and helpful. We had no major issues with anything else during our stay.The one area that really needs improvement is housekeeping. The balcony was not cleaned at all during the three days we were there. The upholstery on the balcony had fungus growing on it, which was not pleasant to see. The telephone next to the bed was also quite dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. It would have taken very little effort to wipe it down, but it remained dirty throughout our stay.These may seem like small things, but they are exactly the sort of things housekeeping should be checking every day. The resort is on a hill, so the location may not suit everyone, but apart from the housekeeping issues, we had a good stay.
