We just finished our second visit to Hyatt Place Goa Candolim (July 26th – August 1st), and once more, they surpassed all our expectations! Choosing to come back was easy after our first experience, due to their consistently excellent service, but this stay truly confirmed Hyatt Place as our top choice whenever we travel to North Goa. From the moment we arrived until we left, the whole team worked hard to meet every need with enthusiasm and genuine warmth. Special thanks to Rajendra Jena (Manager at Zing Restaurant) for being an exceptional host—he was very kind, polite, and went above and beyond to tailor the menu to our preferences, making each meal memorable. Rahul, Smriti & Shivam (F&B Hosts) were amazing; despite long, demanding shifts, they were always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us each morning with bright, sincere smiles. Their energy and commitment were clearly evident. Shivam Mishra (Duty Manager) checked in daily to ensure our stay was comfortable, making sure our room was well-equipped and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Kuldeep (Poolside Staff) kept the pool area spotless and refreshing, always ready with fresh towels and kindly took some wonderful photos for us to remember our time. The food at Zing was excellent throughout—breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner—with a wide variety and top-quality dishes. Overall, Hyatt Place Candolim offers more than just accommodation—they provide an experience where you truly feel cared for. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable. We’re already excited for our third stay!
