Family • India • Oct 2026We encountered the following incidents at the buffet:• Spoiled Food: My mother ordered a dosa at the live counter, but the tomato chutney served alongside it was completely spoiled and had a terrible, foul odor.• Insect Contamination: More shockingly, we discovered a live insect inside the corn flakes jar at the live counter.While I immediately raised a complaint with your staff on duty and they quickly removed the contaminated jar, these incidents raise serious questions about your kitchen's basic food safety standards, storage practices, and quality control. Serving spoiled food and having pests inside serving containers is hazardous and not what we expect from a reputable 5-star brand like Le Méridien.
