Good experience by staying hre good facilities clean room

The Bed and room there were small baby cockraoches everywhere also the pillow and bed was covered with washed white bedsheet but below that it was too much dirty which needs to be changed. The property is actually very big and good but needs to renovate and cleaned properly with paste control and all the things also the bed blankets and everything should be changed. When you check in to the room you won't see anything but later after few hours the babies cockraches were everywhere. Also may be there would be bed bugs or ticks too due to which it started itching all my body and when i asked the boy at reception to change the room he was rude even he said to take the towels from the older room which we didn't as there were baby cockroaches on the towel too. Still he resisted to give new towels at night later next morning before checkout we asked for the towel to another staff they gave it.

We found this to be the best hotel in Goa; the staff's service is excellent, and the swimming pool is great too.

I have stayed in many budget hotels, but this was by far one of the worst experiences.The experience started at check-in, where it felt like entering a high-security zone. Every guest was asked to provide hard copies of ID proofs, which was both inconvenient and unnecessary.The room itself was a complete disappointment. There was absolutely no hygiene, and the entire room smelled like a hospital. Once we entered, the real nightmare began.- The TV recharge had expired.- There was no intercom in the room to contact reception. I had to find the hotel's number from the booking website, and even then, nobody answered the calls.- The ceiling lights kept blinking.- There were no bedside wall lamps.- There wasn't even a proper ceiling fan—only a dirty table fan that looked like it belonged in a B-grade lodge.- Lizards were freely roaming around the room.- The toilet flush button was missing.- It took almost 30 minutes for hot water to start flowing after leaving the tap running.- The bedsheet was torn, stained, and had an unpleasant smell.- The wallpaper was ripped, and there appeared to be fungus growing behind it.After all of this, the most important concern during checkout wasn't whether we had a comfortable stay—it was whether we had stolen the AC remote for that receptionist told us to wait on gate.This hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here...😡😡This hotel was not even worth of single star😡😡
