The rooms are nice and the room service is good, but there is no hot water available.

Rooms were good and well maintained.Great service by the staff.Staff is very helpful and friendly.However,the food taste was horrendous.

100% suggested, family Budget hotel, polite staff, smooth check in,Tasty Breakfast, clean and Big rooms, Maintained garden and Swimming pool, Nice Facility of drinking water.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Alor Holiday Resort. The room was in extremely poor condition ’ dusty furniture, stained bedsheets, a leaking bathroom tap, old noisy ceiling fans, a lot of mosquitoes, and even the TV sound was not working.The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and despite multiple reminders, none of the issues were resolved by the staff.The restaurant service was the worst part of the stay. The chef’s behaviour was very rude. I had requested baby food for my child ’ something they clearly promised while booking ’ yet they refused and even argued with us. The food quality was below average, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. For me, it was absolutely third-class service from the restaurant team.The photos shown on their website are completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. For the price they charge, the service and facilities are far below acceptable standards.I definitely would not recommend this resort.

Very poor hygiene and upkeep of rooms.Refrigerator has fungus . Furniture is all torn up . Lots of rust and seepage...No lifts.Travel agent are selling this on 10 yr old pics. Beware.
