My experience at this hotel was average. The staff was okay, but the service could have been better. During my stay, the bedsheets had stains and were sometimes torn. The towels were very dirty, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. I also noticed fungus on the pillows, which was very unhygienic. There was no drinking water in the room, only empty bottles, and even basic amenities like soap were missing.Cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority in any hotel. Drinking water and soap are basic necessities that should always be available in the room. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the housekeeping service and overall guest experience.
