1) The hotel staff offered very little assistance, and the service was slow and careless. 2) Although breakfast was supposed to be included, there was almost nothing available to eat, with poor variety and quality. 3) Spending money on this hotel is totally pointless. 4) The management and cleanliness of the hotel were very unsatisfactory. 5) I definitely would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
