We had a rat in our cottage. Stayed for 4 days but room service was very poor. No change of towels for 4 days, no basic toiletries, no cleaning even after telling them many times. Breakfast options were very limited, just 2-3 choices. With kids, it's hard in such places. The cost they charge for the services provided was nothing. No maintenance of cottages at all.

Guys, choose these overpriced and terrible cottages with zero services only if you want to ruin your stay and love RATS in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and 4 days (6 room nights), and only once was the room cleaned. No toiletries were provided. We checked in the morning and only after asking for toiletries did we receive them at 7 pm. There were no mats in the room. In one room, we got the mats after multiple reminders by the end of the first day, and in the second room, we didn't get them until we checked out. These cottages do not have in-house intercom, and there is very low mobile signal throughout the resort, with zero connectivity inside the rooms. Also, the WIFI didn't work during our stay. So every time we had any requirement, we had to go out of the room to search for mobile connectivity and then call the reception or visit it (twice or thrice for one requirement). When it was raining heavily, we had to stand on the balcony and get wet to call. Also, there were no towels in the room. After requesting 3-4 times, we got them only after 2 hours of checking in, and they were never changed throughout our 4-day stay. Even though I belong to the hospitality background, we chose this resort because the owner was well known to one of my co-travelers, and as we were lady travelers with 2 kids (2 & 4 years old), we were looking for a secure place with good services to enjoy with the kids. Otherwise, I could have booked any of the HYATT, TAJ, or HILTON properties under FRIENDS & FAMILY category for almost the same price we paid here for ZERO SERVICES AND RATS IN THE ROOM. I had the worst hospitality experience ever here. At night, we were mopping the floor ourselves as the kids were with us, and the rooms got sand from the beach since the property is next to the beach. If anyone has booked a stay here, please cancel and get your refund back; it would be better to stay in any 1-star hotel. A humble request to the owner to look into this and not spoil travelers' vacations by providing ZERO services and COMPLEMENTARY RATS in the guest rooms.

We booked beach view rooms for a few nights but didn't get one for the first night. Rooms not well maintained. Our room had a broken toilet seat, broken door lock, and the TV didn't work. The property is close to the beach, but only a few first-floor rooms have a sea view. No parking available for the hotel. The road to approach is very narrow. I wouldn't recommend this resort.

We visited on 3rd March 2023, and it was a lovely experience at this resort. I want to especially mention Mr. Jimmy, who was very supportive and helpful in all types of support. He guided us well and made our trip very interesting. Thanks to Mr. Jimmy! The resort is a beautiful place, close to a lovely beach, with private parking, a nice pool, and a wonderful breakfast.

Phone operator was really rude and offensive. I don't get how that person works in tourism. Very let down.
