Perfect beach side resort
Its beach facing property and you get the sea view from pool also, live music in the restaurant during evenings will light up the mood. Its very good property.
Our stay at The Park Calangute was extremely disappointing, especially for a hotel marketed as 5-star.The restaurant experience was particularly poor. Several dishes were undercooked, including the momos and pasta, and many menu items were unavailable. We were even told that the tandoori chicken we ordered would have to be taken out of the freezer and defrosted, so we should order something else.Basic service was also lacking—we repeatedly had to ask for drinking water and tissues. The milkshake was essentially milk served in a tea glass, with hardened chocolate syrup floating in it. The soup was practically inedible, and dessert options were limited to brownie and ice cream, with no prior information that other desserts had to be pre-ordered.Since breakfast and dinner were included in our package, we expected a reasonable dining experience. Instead, when we raised our concerns with the restaurant manager, the response was essentially that this was what could be expected with the package.For a 5-star property, this level of food quality, availability and basic service was unacceptable. I would not recommend The Park Calangute based on our experience.
