Hotel is good, clean, tasty food but hot water issue
I booked a stay at De Grand Reveria, Calangute through Agoda after seeing attractive photos and promises of beautiful rooms and views online. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely disappointing and nowhere close to what was shown on the website.The rooms were poorly maintained, unhygienic, and of very low quality. The overall condition of the resort was worst than expected and felt like false advertising. I feel cheated because the property shown online and the actual property are totally different.This stay ruined my trip experience in Goa. I strongly request Agoda and the resort management to take responsibility for misleading customers and provide me with a 100% refund immediately.I would not recommend this property to anyone unless they improve their services and show genuine photos of the resort.We waited only 1 minute at the resort n left without any thought
This hotel have problem with this platform, as per reception, reservation not received from this platform and they delayed checkin for more than an hour and also provided lower category room with no refund for the difference. unsatisfied.
