This place has a very cozy feel and is great value for money. My wife and I stayed at their villa and it’s beautiful - well maintained and very clean. The room service was prompt and very polite. A point that they can improve on - for guests staying in the villa and suite rooms, they can consider a separate breakfast spread.

We recently stayed at this property in Goa for 7 nights, and while we tried to overlook a lot of things initially, the overall experience, especially the checkout left a very disappointing impression.To begin with, the biggest issue is lack of transparency. The photos shown online are mixed with a different (and clearly better) villa across the property. The actual rooms we were given were old, and poorly maintained. There was a constant seepage smell, very low lighting, and the overall vibe was quite dingy.Our room was right next to the pool, which meant early morning disturbances with no soundproofing at all. The corridor ceilings had visible leakage, dripping water, and even green algae, clear signs of poor maintenance.Basic hospitality was also lacking. At check-in, essentials like towels were missing, we had to ask for them. The blinds in the room were not working and had to be fixed after we checked in, which is something that should have been taken care of beforehand.We largely ignored all this because we were out most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. However, the checkout experience completely changed our perception.A few days before checkout, we may have accidentally used a hand towel improperly, that’s on us, and we would have been perfectly okay paying for it if informed on time. Instead, the housekeeping staff chose to leave the dirty towel in our room, next to our luggage without any explanation. When we returned late at night, we assumed it was discarded waste and placed it outside.Then, during checkout, we were suddenly told that a towel was “missing” and were indirectly accused of taking it. Despite explaining that we had placed it outside (in an area covered by cameras), the staff refused to verify or acknowledge it. The entire situation was handled poorly, with unnecessary arguments over something as minor as 150.This is not about the money, it’s about how the situation was handled. If they had simply communicated earlier, this could have been resolved in seconds. Instead, it turned into an uncomfortable experience.Hospitality is about transparency, communication, and making guests feel respected, not accused.While the front office staff was reasonably okay, the overall service, upkeep, and management approach need great improvement.Unfortunately, after this experience, we would not consider staying here again.This is purely our personal and recent experience, others can decide accordingly.

Had a pleasant stay. Property is beautiful and very clean. Staff is very professional and polite. Food is awesome. Breakfast buffet was cherry on the ice. Go for it
