Shaky seats and shakier attitudes! The manager chased away our friends waiting for a cab, and the bathroom setup felt like a mini amusement ride. Not the most welcoming stay.
This is not beach resort that's very funny..and too old resort means too old
I booked an AC room, but the AC was not working. The staff’s behavior was very rude. The checkout time was 10:00 a.m., yet they started calling at 8:30 a.m. asking us to check out. When we asked about a tea bag being provided, the staff responded that since it is a local hotel, it is not available. The staff does not have basic manners of hospitality.

Nowhere on the site was it mentioned that they close the pool at 8pm. Did not allow us to enter the pool after 8pm. At a place like goa loaded with beaches why would someone use the pool during the day time. Also the room service was extremely overpriced. Charged 140rs for a coffee which was cold and tasteless. Not recommended at all

- The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
- Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
