An absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team.The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make the stay relaxing and convenient. The staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile.
Pros:An amazing property with beautiful, lush green surroundings and a very scenic atmosphere. The resort is spread across a huge area and is generally very well maintained. The swimming pool is also quite large and enjoyable.Housekeeping has specific timings, but whenever they do attend to the rooms, they do their job well and maintain good standards.Cons:The biggest concern for me was the swimming pool rules. There are clearly displayed rules stating that food and beverages are not allowed in and around the pool area. However, these rules are not being followed, and unfortunately, there seems to be very little monitoring by the staff.During my stay, groups of people were sitting around the pool and drinking, which created an uncomfortable environment for families and couples who simply wanted to enjoy the pool peacefully. It would be much better if the resort had a staff member regularly monitoring the pool area and ensuring that the rules are actually followed. This would make the experience much more comfortable for everyone.Another major drawback is that there is no restaurant on such a large property. When you’re on holiday, having to leave the resort just to find a place for breakfast or other meals is quite inconvenient. A property of this size would really benefit from having an in-house restaurant, especially for breakfast.Overall:The property itself is beautiful, spacious and well maintained, and it has a lot of potential. However, better enforcement of the pool rules and having an in-house restaurant would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
