Shalom Indus Residency

I recently visited Goa and stayed at Shalom Indus Residency. Unfortunately, my experience was not good due to very poor service. The staff seemed irresponsible and not attentive at all. For even basic requests, we had to remind them several times, which was quite frustrating.Another major inconvenience was that there was no landline phone in the room, so contacting the reception was difficult whenever we needed assistance. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor service really affected our stay.I would not recommend this property unless there is a significant improvement in staff behavior and basic facilities

Good hotel but destroyed by employees.First, no feeling as I am guest here.Second, cockroach enjoying room rather than guest.Third, no tea available before 8.30 AM.No tea items kept in room if anyone wants to have tea any time.Fourh, tawal were used, bed sheet provided for third person was cover of blanket and was moistured.Fifth, bathroom items not kept which all hotels kept like miniature of soap, toothpaste, oil, comb.It is like come ,sleep and go..mumbai bhasha me chol type..It cab be a good hotel if issues rectified as I listed above..Do not take this hotel if you visit Goa..

My recent 5-day stay at Shalom Indus in Goa was a wonderful experience that perfectly balanced comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a cozy retreat after long days exploring the beaches and markets. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging local transport or suggesting nearby attractions. The location was ideal’close enough to major beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that offered a true sense of relaxation. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied each day, adding a nice touch to the mornings. Overall, Shalom Indus Residency provided great value for money and made my Goan getaway both comfortable and memorable.

Their service was terrible. The rooms had no tower bolts and doors could be opened with keys from outside which was a lack of privacy. They were acting like so entitled beings and the way they talked back passed me off. We asked why they don't have tower bolts and that it's not safe for our girls to be together in a room and they replied "You have doubts that your family members will do something to them". That was when I was sure they don't even know how to talk to customers and I will never recommend anyone to go there. The rooms had ac issues some had bad smell others had used bed sheets but they did change them but still it was a bad experience for me. They had good food, the breakfast and dinner was tasty but the rooms where bad

I would give average rating, internal rooms are looking good, staff are good,but outside campus is not much clean.They should maintain hygiene.
