Location: It is a very calm place and highly convenient for exploring all of North Goa.Service & Amenities: Just okay. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of speed and hospitality. Additionally, essential like the Wi-Fi, TV, and AC were not working properly during the stay.Complimentary Breakfast: Disappointing. The taste was not good, and the overall quality needs to be upgraded.

Location: The area is very peaceful and is a great base for visiting all parts of North Goa. Service & Amenities: Service was average with noticeable scope for better speed and friendliness. Also, key facilities such as Wi-Fi, TV, and AC did not function well throughout the stay. Complimentary Breakfast: It was unsatisfactory, lacking good flavor and requiring an improvement in quality.

Worth the money we paid... Positive1. location... 2.suite rooms are good enough for 4 people (parents 2 + kids 2)3.swimming pool. 4..helpful staffsNegative : 1.Property is little old...especially bathroom and it's fittings 2...curtains,furnitures and bedsheets looks very old... But clean...We stayed here for 3 nights.... Overall good Resort with small beautiful swimming pool... Allowed us for early check-in ( subjected to availability).... Complimentary breakfast have single limited food option and coffee or tea... Worth the amount...

The price we paid was justified... Positives include: 1. location, 2. suite rooms suitable for 4 people (2 parents + 2 kids), 3. swimming pool, 4. helpful staff. Negatives: 1. The property is somewhat old, especially the bathroom and its fixtures, 2. curtains, furniture, and bedsheets appear quite old but are clean. We stayed for 3 nights... Overall, a good resort with a small, lovely swimming pool... They allowed early check-in (subject to availability)... Complimentary breakfast had limited food choices and coffee or tea... Worth the price.
