Arrived late at night to a suite room that accomodates 3 people to be told to sleep on floor on a flimsy matress having been charged for an extra bed. Apparently its company policy to provide only a flimsy matress. The next morning explained situation to someone else who basically just ignored the issue. There were other guests also complaining about other stuff. Avoid to stop spoiling your holiday.
Great property in an amazing location. It’s just a short walk to Candolim beach, which made mornings super easy. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Food was decent and the pool area was pleasant for relaxing. Overall a solid stay for the location + service.
