1/5 - Worst experience, fake ratings!Visited this hotel after seeing high ratings but all seem fake/managed.- No private parking, only roadside parking- Swimming pool was dirty and not usable- Washroom flush not working at all- AC not cooling properly- Room had spiders and mosquitoes- Staff was not helpful at all- Property is very old and not maintained- Bedsheets and mattress dirty and bad smells - AC flap fallen broken in middle of night Totally not worth the money. Avoid!
Pool: Dirty and unusable. Rooms and Facilities: It depends on whether things work or not; if they do, it's good, otherwise it's bad. For me, the AC wasn't working in some rooms, and we had problems with the washrooms. The rooms smelled bad, with the washroom odor spreading throughout the bedroom. The location is good, close to the beach.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was infested with mosquitoes, which made it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were clearly neglected. The staff's attitude made things worse; they were rude, unhelpful, and showed a lack of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests. Rather than addressing issues, they appeared uninterested and dismissive. Overall, this was among the worst hotel experiences I've had. The poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and disrespectful staff made the stay entirely unsatisfactory. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and would certainly avoid staying here again.
