Couple • India • Jan 2026We paid for an early check in as we took the early morning flight and they weren't obliging with one UNLESS you paid, and that too only at 10am.. So after brekky we checked in, only to get a horrible room-F3 I think.. But they changed us to a better one so no complaints there. The fridge in the new room was leaking and twice there were huge puddles of water in the room so finally the fridge was changed.. Front desk staff were never helpful.. Standard Answer: No, Not possible, I will check etc and even for the cleaning of the room, they didn't give the keys I guess, despite being out all aafternoon because our room was still dirty upon return so we didn't bother anymore as we were Fed UpThe only person who is a true professional is Andre... He was empathetic, sympathetic and asked how he could make the stay betterThe breakfast was Dismal.. Egg counter, but if u ask for cheese omelet.. Oh cheese is an extra cost, mushroom omelet same reply,so expect boiled, fried or masala omelette daily... Toast that you have to put your hands underneath the hot toaster to get to.. Yes!! 2 cereals (same ones daily) and 1 rotating Indian dish.. Anything else is chargeable.. On the last day we were grudginly given a half hour extra check out by the night staff who also "had to check".. Not even 1 hour... (again luckily I met Andre who said it's ok for an hour or more due to the issues we had faced) however we had already booked the cab.. Andre appraised senior manager who met me before leaving and apologised so eventually it didnt leave as bad a taste, which makes me give a 3 overall...But on the good side, the pool is extremely clean and well kept as also the entire outside of the property like the gardens etc. And the location is a 5 because it's as close to the beach as one could wish for...
