At first, the receptionist gave me a certain rate and promised to send the booking details via text, but I never got them. When I called the next day to check, the price was completely different. Each time I called, a different receptionist answered, and there seemed to be no coordination among the staff. Overall, the customer service was terrible, lacking clear communication and consistent pricing.

The pool area was truly the highlight—simply surreal. Stepping out to the pool was an awe-inspiring moment and definitely the most memorable part of our trip. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking excellent hospitality combined with a stunning location to unwind with family.
