I had a super experience at The Fern Habitat! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly managed. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to assist.The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained with all modern amenities. The ambience was peaceful and refreshing, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing.The food was delicious with good variety, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which truly reflects 5-star hospitality.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend The Fern Habitat to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it a reliable option for both short and longer stays. One area where I feel improvement would be beneficial is the breakfast service. The Food & Beverage offerings during breakfast are fairly basic, and adding more variety or enhancing the existing selection would significantly elevate the overall guest experience.Despite this, the staff are polite and engaging. They are consistently accommodating and attentive, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. Their courteous attitude helps balance the areas where the hotel may fall slightly short. Whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or the dining area, the team demonstrated genuine hospitality, which added a positive touch to my visit.Considering the comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and good staff, this hotel remains a strong option for travelers looking for a dependable place to stay. With a few enhancements’especially in breakfast variety’it could easily become an even more appealing choice for future visits.

’ 1 Star ’ Avoid at All CostsOur stay at The Fern Habitat was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. This hotel is being projected as a premium property, but the ground reality is shocking.The hygiene was horrible. We were served a dirty cup with visible stains and residue, which itself says a lot about their cleanliness. The bathroom condition was disgusting ’ dirty corners, stained tiles, mold buildup near the shower glass, and water stagnation on the floor. The washbasin area was poorly maintained, with visible grime and lack of proper cleaning.To make matters worse, the bed sheet was torn, something completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one charging premium prices.Basic amenities were missing. There was no bottle opener provided, and despite charging for a hotel stay, no packaged drinking water was given ’ only RO water, with no explanation or option. This felt more like cost-cutting than eco-friendliness.The service was equally poor. Staff was slow, unresponsive, and showed little concern when issues were raised. Requests were either ignored or addressed casually, giving the impression that guest comfort is not a priority here.Overall, this place reflects poor management, zero attention to hygiene, and extremely low service standards. For the amount charged, this stay offers no value at all. I would strongly advise against staying here and will definitely not be returning.
