For this price range, I expected better rooms. The breakfast quality was not very good. However, the staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.
I booked the place from Agoda after checking the reviews and the photos. The reality was completely different from what was in the pictures. I will list down the points below,1) No parking space - Car would be parked on road opposite to the hotel.2) Entrance is a small PVC door without proper safety 3) Lift is very small, only 2 adults can fit properly that's to with life risk as it has only one door 3X7 size.4) walking passage to the room is stinking with smell of water soaked mattress which are lying outside the rooms. 5) Storage area is also open and stinks like rotten fish 6) I have booked the super deluxe room with the charges 2200 per night but actual room was worst then some of the low budget lodges. The rooms were dirty with lot of dust everywhere. Back resting portion of the bed is like near ever cleaned with layer and layer of old dust.7) There was fungus grown inside the Fridge looks like not being use in recent times. 8) Washroom was so dirty I can't even explain.9) Swimming pool was also not clean as it should be.10) limited food options in breakfast only one menu in a day.Immediately we have changed the rooms. But in the budget of 2k plus in the off season there are better places to stay near Calangute Goa.I missed out on capturing the photos as i was upset with the room and money loss on advance booking.
