The hotel is located at center point of north goa and very near to the calangute & baga beach. Also easily accessible to all the forts. The room was neat and clean, budget friendly and cordial staff. Rental bike available at hotel. Value for money.
Extremely disappointing stay – Poor service and unacceptable cleanlinessOur experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, the staff was rude, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.Rude and unhelpful staff: The staff at the front desk were particularly rude and unpleasant to deal with. Basic requests were handled with an unnecessarily dismissive attitude.Poor housekeeping: Our room was not cleaned even after requesting it two times. What was even more concerning was seeing the room being cleaned using guest towels, which is completely unacceptable.Poor room service: Getting anyone to attend to basic room-cleaning requests was extremely difficult, despite repeated follow-ups.Pool was unusable: We were initially denied access to the pool, with the hotel stating that maintenance work was ongoing. Once the work was completed, the pool was full of dead insects, leaves and gutka packets. When we requested that it be cleaned, the staff refused to address the issue.Poor breakfast experience: The breakfast was a fixed/set option with no choice, rather than a proper breakfast spread.Unhygienic common areas: The corridors had a bad smell, with used linen and clothes left lying around, giving the entire property an unclean and poorly maintained appearance.Overall, the hotel falls well short of what one would expect for the price paid. The biggest issue was not just the lack of facilities, but the attitude of the staff and their unwillingness to address basic cleanliness and service concerns.I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
