Blu Butterfly Resort

*Very disappointing experience – definitely not a resort - call it dharamshala* I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property. Calling it a resort feels misleading given the overall condition and experience. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and hygiene. There were cockroaches on and around the bed, along with a serious mosquito and insect problem. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The road to reach the property is in extremely poor condition, and it is currently a terrible experience. During the monsoon, it can get even worse — with the amount of water and mud on the approach, at times it feels like you need to swim your way to the property rather than drive there. Definitely not suitable if you are travelling with family or looking for a comfortable stay. We also tried the food from the in-house café and found it extremely poor in quality. I would strongly recommend avoiding the café. Overall, I would not recommend this property for couples or families. Based on our experience, it felt more like a basic place for people who want to drink rather than a proper holiday resort. The experience was so bad that if negative ratings were available, I would genuinely give one. No mobile networks. Wifi worst. Paid reviews on this google and ixigo as well.

Situated in the heart of a verdant forest, this place is ideal for a tranquil weekend escape. The accommodations are tidy and cozy, providing lovely views of nature, and the gorgeous pool encircled by tall trees stands out as a major attraction. Its calm environment and fresh forest breeze make it an excellent spot to disconnect, rejuvenate, and unwind completely.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic! The grounds are stunning, serene, and very well kept. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and cozy, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very kind, courteous, and accommodating during our entire visit. The meals were tasty, offering a nice selection and top-notch service. This resort is an ideal spot to relax, connect with loved ones, and enjoy a tranquil escape. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would certainly want to return. Strongly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blu Butterfly is situated in a tranquil and isolated spot, perfect for those seeking quietness, relaxation, and a break from the typical tourist areas. A big thanks to Sujay, the caretaker, who was fantastic during our visit—very helpful and attentive, ensuring we were well looked after. The property is tidy, well-maintained, and kept in great condition. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the environment is very peaceful. One major plus is its closeness to Butterfly Beach, about a 30-45 minute walk or a jeep ride costing around ₹250. Note that reaching the property involves about 1 km of off-road travel, so arriving by car or being an experienced bike rider is advisable. We also heard that road work will start soon, which should improve access. Dining options nearby are limited, so planning meals ahead is recommended. Overall, if you want a quiet, secluded, and budget-friendly place near Butterfly Beach but away from crowds, Blu Butterfly is a great choice.

Enjoyed a wonderful time at this stunning resort in South Goa, located only 1 km from Butterfly Beach! The rooms were large, spotless, and hygienic, set amidst beautiful greenery, and the charming pool added to the relaxation. The service was fantastic, with a special thanks to Ram Bhaiya for his kindness and for giving us a bike ride to Agonda Market. A truly tranquil and cozy spot with friendly hospitality—definitely recommend it! 🌴✨
