Had a 1 night stay with family and kids. Selected the property as is is now taken over by IHCL.The entire property is upgraded. Upto Taj standards. Rooms are very big and functional.My only issue was restaurant. It is under staffed. Needs more people to serve. There is a long wait for everything. Food is good. Breakfast spread is good. We had lunch as well.
Excellent hotel , great value for money , excellent food options 24 hours , great service from staff .
I don't know how it got 5 stars.Even after multiple calls and reminders regarding inquiry for rooms no one from their team called us.They just say "our sales team will call you asap" and they mostly have holiday on sunday - is it a bank or what??.
