Kanak Beacon Hotel Ashram Road Ahmedabad

The stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. While the location is convenient and the reception and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, the hotel's overall condition was very poor. The rooms were in bad shape and quite dirty, with a visibly stained mattress and dust covering the wardrobe and the entire room. The cleanliness was far below what one would expect from a 3-star property. I really don't understand how this hotel is rated as 3 stars. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, and the restaurant staff were good, though options were very limited during odd or emergency hours. It was helpful that deliveries from Zomato and Blinkit were permitted. In summary, I would not suggest this hotel to others due to the unsatisfactory cleanliness and room conditions. The good location alone does not make up for the lack of hygiene and upkeep.

Location wouldn’t matter when you have such horrible experience in a hotel that is under the name and management of The Fern. This hotel totally downgraded the reputation of fern hotels. This one star that I gave also was because it is not possible to give 0 stars. Please please stay away from Paid Reviews and stay away from this hotel
