Agoda booking confirm hone ke bawajood bhi hotel ne room dene se mana kar diya. Kai ghante intezar karwaya aur phir kaha ki AC room available nahi hai kyunki booking discount par thi. Staff ka vyavhaar bhi kharab tha. Bilkul galat aur gair-professional anubhav raha.

Booked an AC room through Agoda with confirmed booking, but when I reached the hotel they said no rooms were available and asked me to come later. In the evening they refused to provide the AC room and clearly said that because I booked the room at a discounted price, they would not give the proper room.Very unprofessional staff, misleading service, poor management and waste of time. Facilities were completely different from what was promised online. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
