We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The service was excellent, with the staff being extremely courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste, quality, and variety. Everything was well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Very disappointing experience. We booked 1 room for 4 people, and the booking clearly mentioned that 4 guests were included. However, when we reached the hotel, we were told that an extra charge would be applicable for a mattress for the 4th person.If the booking is made for 4 guests, any additional charges or sleeping arrangements should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking, not disclosed only after arrival. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. The hotel should be more transparent about its charges and policies.
