The owner who sits at the reception was rude and ill-mannered. He did not help with something that I wanted and on top spoke in a condescending way with me.l all the time during our conversations. Also asked me inappropriate questions during check-in as a woman. I will definitely not recommend this hotel for female travellers.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. The location is great, safe, and convenient. However, when we arrived, the room was not as clean as we expected. After informing the staff, they quickly came to clean and scrub the room, which we appreciated. Still, I think more care should be taken with room cleanliness before guests arrive. The pillows also needed better cleaning; we had to ask for replacements because the ones provided were quite dirty. One of the best features is the shared kitchen, which is very handy for guests who like to cook their own meals. Unfortunately, the kitchen and refrigerator were not well maintained and were quite dirty. Improving the cleanliness of this shared area would greatly improve the guest experience. It might also help to provide a small refrigerator in each room, as guests often need a clean place to store food. With better housekeeping and improved maintenance of the shared kitchen, this would be a great place to stay. The friendly staff and excellent location are definitely its best features.
