I think most people know what they’re booking when they choose this hotel. Unfortunately, my dad booked it because it was close to his eye doctor, as we were in town for his surgery.In my opinion, this is a 2-star stay at best ’ and that’s mainly because the food was genuinely tasty (though not particularly healthy).The bathroom ventilation is essentially non-functional. After showering, the moisture and smell linger for a long time. The bathroom partition doors are moldy and visibly black in places.Despite ’No Smoking’ signs posted everywhere, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When we informed the front desk, their solution was to spray room freshener every hour. Later, my dad and I identified that the guest in Room 106 was actively smoking in his room. It appears the exhaust shafts may be connected, allowing the smoke to travel into ours.The room itself felt comparable to a budget OYO from 2015 ’ the kind you’d book as a student just to avoid going home late. While the bed appeared clean, it felt very worn. The pillows were yellowed, and the blankets had a similar discoloration. I did not feel comfortable resting my face on the pillow.The gym was also disappointing. I wasn’t expecting a full-service fitness center, but the equipment looked decades old and some pieces appeared to be held together with duct tape.Overall, aside from the food and location convenience, the experience was underwhelming and uncomfortable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this hotel was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the staff acted indifferent and unprofessional. Basic hospitality ’ courtesy, responsiveness, and accountability ’ was nowhere to be found.Any issue I raised was met with excuses instead of solutions. It felt like no one was trained, empowered, or even interested in helping guests. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized, which only added to the frustration.For the price paid, this experience was beyond disappointing. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel unless you’re prepared to deal with poor service and unnecessary stress.

It felt like no one was trained to handle guest concerns properly.Requests were either ignored or handled with visible annoyance. When problems were brought up, there was no apology, no urgency, and no real attempt to fix anything. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed.For the price and the promises advertised, this place falls far short. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you expect even minimal professionalism and respect.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The level of service was shockingly poor. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping guests. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for basic assistance.There was zero sense of urgency or accountability. Problems were brushed off instead of being resolved, and no one seemed to care about making things right. For a business that depends on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy and customer care was unbelievable.I absolutely regret booking here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far better options that actually value their guests.
