The overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, room condition, and basic amenities. The facilities met expectations for a 3-star property, and there were no major issues with the accommodation itself.However, the experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of the staff. When we politely requested a possible discount, the front desk responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating, “This is not a dharamshala, it is a 3-star hotel.” Such a response was unnecessary and disrespectful.What was more concerning was the way the staff misbehaved with a guest who was accompanied by his family. Hospitality is not just about infrastructure but also about how guests are treated, and unfortunately, this aspect was disappointing.While the stay itself was acceptable, the staff’s attitude needs serious improvement. A courteous and respectful approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Outstanding all around. Excellent service, modern, comfortable and well appointed suite as well as very pleasant and attentive staff. Room was modern as well as hotel lobby. Our suite was luxurious with well thought out storage space.Breakfast layout, quality and variety of food was very good. Similarly Italian dinner was excellent. Our server (Shivam) was very pleasant and even nicely asked me to eat more of what we had ordered (loved hospitality). Chef came over and checked up on us and inquired why we were not eating more as if the food was okay. It was very good, we just were not too hungry.Same level of 5 star attention from reception, bell staff, management team and on.Easy five minute walk to River walk area for a nice jog or walk.Definitely highly recommend this luxurious hotel. We checked out of ITC Narmada due to poor experience and moved here and they went above and beyond. Will come back on my next business trip to Ahmedabad.

Liked the stay. Property is well maintained. Check in process was smooth and Vikram is good in customer handling. Breakfast spread was not up to the mark as charged. But taste if Breakfast was good and chef Neeraj was attending each and every customer

I have had one of the absolute best experiences at the Hyatt Regency. Omkar and his team have been phenomenal at making me and my sister feel comfortable. After our flight got cancelled and we ended up rebooking our room for a second night, they handled everything so well even late into the eveningThe hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, with all of the amenties. I got to try the breakfast, Spa (2x times), China House, laundry service and room service. I can say they handled everything with class and professionalism.I found the beds to be very comfortable and was able to get the best deep sleep in over 7 days.I only had two tiny concerns. 1) the shower floor can be a bit slippery so older folks may need to pay attention to that 2) if you check in after 9pm they don’t have as many attendants at the reception so it may take 10 minutes if busy.When i return to Ahmedabad, there is no where else I am staying. It beats the Fortune Landmark hotel by a small margin, but still beats it nonetheless.
