I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad. Very Nice
Just change your whole staff, it is totally useless. I checked into the hotel at 11:15 PM. Then called from room for luggage. It’s 11:30 no luggage came, i called again. Got response that it will come in two minutes. Now it’s 11:45 still no luggage came. Called THIRD time in span of 45 minutes for my single trolley bag. Keep in mind that it’s midnight 12:00 so there is no check in rush or reception is busy during peak hours. Then i went to reception, approx 6 staff people were there. My bag was at security coutner as i left. And then started blame game and sorry game as usual. Still i couldn’t find that what were they doing for last 45 minutes……..
