The stay at Narayani Heights was extremely pathetic, mainly because of the terrible service. I agree that the room itself looked good, but what is the point of a good room if basic things don't work properly?The AC was not functioning properly and there were continuous electricity issues. In such extreme hot temperatures, how are guests supposed to stay comfortably without proper cooling? The worst part was the service. We called the staff around 10 times regarding the AC issue, and every single time we got the same response: "Coming in 2 minutes." But nobody actually came to check or help.Even for something as basic as a spoon in the room, I had to make 4 calls and wait almost 1 hour to receive it. This level of service after paying such a significant amount is completely unacceptable.I even spoke with the manager after checkout, and he assured me that he would look into the issue, but there was no response afterward. On top of that, there was no willingness from their side to compensate or even properly acknowledge the inconvenience caused.If paying a premium amount gets you this kind of service, then I would strongly suggest people avoid staying here. A hotel is not only about fancy rooms; service and guest support matter equally, and this place failed badly in that aspect.
Food , room cleanliness, and location were all good. Guests are even allowed to use swimming pool and gym facilities and that was a plus point.
