I am not sure why this hotel has 4+ rating, the hotel is not worth the amount. The rooms are average, there is seepage in the room and rooms are old. Within 30 mins of checkin, i found 2 cockroaches in the room, which is quite evident that maintenance and cleanliness isn't given importance.Additionally the check-in and check-out time is the same, 12pm. Which means if someone checkouts at 12, the other person has to wait 30-45 mins to get the room. There is nothing near by this hotel except corporate stays and offices. Definitely not a hotel for family to stay. For anyone booking for family pls pls avoid.

had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel due to major issues with both hygiene and service. First, we were forced to change our room after discovering a cockroach inside. To top it off, the customer service was awful’one of the waiters ( Rahul) was extremely rude and dismissive when speaking to us. Management seriously needs to look into their staff training and room cleanliness.

I have stayed at this hotel 3’4 times and every time my experience has been great. Staff is very polite helpful, and welcoming, which makes the stay really comfortable.They also respect guests privacy and mind their own work which i really appreciate as a solo travelerRooms are very clean well maintained and the size is quite good according to the price. Interiors are minimal yet very well done which makes the rooms look beautiful and comfortable.Location is another big plus it’s in a very calm and peaceful area, yet very close to Law Garden so you don’t feel cut off from the city and everything is easily accessible.The food is also very good and reasonably priced. Service is quick whether it’s room cleaning or food delivery everything is done on time and without delay.Overall it’s a very reliable and comfortable place to stay especially for solo travelers Highly recommended
