Quite a decent property Located 26 mins away from Airport. Experienced a warm welcome by Ms. Ritu and her team and had a seamless check - in experience.The rooms are cozy and well lit with a quick air-conditioning despite being switched off till guest entry signifying good AC maintenance and clean filters.The washrooms that determine the hygiene standars were super clean without any spot of mildew, which is difficult to find in many hotels of this standard. The green marble complements well with the lighting when maintained clean.It is appreciated that ample efforts are made by thepropertyt in Saving Water by using recycling water for the flush.However, attention is invited for appropriate treatment to address the after effects of flushing which develop a filthy stain after a while, thus demeaning your effortsand giving a feeling of compromised hygiene which is far from reality.Housekeeping services are quick and laundry services are of good quality.Gym though small is sufficient for a good workout.Had a good dinning experience at the Citrus Cafe Ms. Simran was a great host.In closing would like to than Devika & Muzarrudin for a good checking out experience.

Stayed here for a night and found the rooms to be quite old and not very clean. We noticed wrappers lying under the cupboards. Despite booking for two people, bathroom amenities like toothbrush, towel, and slippers were provided for only one person, which shouldn’t happen at a 4-star hotel like Lemon Tree as they always cross check the booking .Breakfast was average in taste.On the positive side, the staff was polite and helpful, and it was great to see differently-abled staff being employed’truly commendable. The property also has good parking space.service standards and room cleanliness need improvement to match the brand’s expectations.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lemon Tree Hotel Ahmedabad My check-in time was 10:00 a.m., but I was given a room only at 11:15 a.m.What made the situation worse was the repeated and misleading response of ’just 5 minutes’ every time I asked for an update. This continued for nearly an hour, showing a complete lack of transparency and respect for a guest’s time.Even after 11:00 a.m., when I again asked how much longer it would take, the manager behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue or apologizing, the manager told me that I could cancel my stay if I was not satisfied. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from hotel management.Delays can happen, but rude attitude, poor communication, and asking a guest to cancel their stay instead of helping them is not what one expects from a reputed brand like Lemon Tree.This experience left a very bad impression, and I seriously hope the management looks into this to prevent such treatment of future guests.

The staff was incredibly attentive’my room was cleaned promptly every morning with meticulous attention to detail, from neatly arranging amenities to restocking toiletries and refreshing the linens. Requests for extra towels and a late check-out were handled efficiently and with a friendly smile, no delays or hassle. The team maintained a respectful balance of being available yet unobtrusive, making the stay feel comfortable and convenient.
