Hotel stay was overall good, however there are few areas where improvement is required, especially regarding connectivity and support during night time. The kitchen team was not responding properly and responded only after more than half an hour. Additionally, the elevator was not working and the reception contact number was also not reachable, which created difficulty in connecting with the team and discussing the issues for support.The room location was also quite far from the reception area, so communication and connectivity need improvement. These areas should be slightly improved to provide better customer service.Apart from this, the morning breakfast was good and other facilities were also satisfactory. Room service and overall responsiveness can be improved further to make the stay experience better.

As we are attending a wedding reception in Anand the previous day in Feb 2026 and leave for Mumbai (for onward journey to the US) at 9 PM from Ahmedabad the next day, we were looking for a day room near the airport to relax for some time. When I looked up on their website, I didn't find any availability. When I called the hotel, the lady that picked up the phone said I need to talk to Anurag Tomar, who supposedly is a sales manager. When I called him once, he didn't pick up the phone. When I called him again later, he sounded quite annoyed. When I asked for the day room, he first screened me as if I am trying to use for quick sex. (Local ID not accepted. What city are you coming from and going to? Etc.) Is someone going to plan for that more than 4 months in advance? Are you serious? Then, he asked me to send all my details on WhatsApp to his mobile number. He also demanded Rs. 7,000 upfront deposit. When I told him that he should be able book the room with the credit card on file, he again hung up. I sent him the details last night, but till now, he has not even read the message, let alone take care of it. All along, his communication was rude and mannerless. Is that how the manager of a 5-star hotel behaves? Why is there no availability online but when I call him, there is availability? When I called the hotel number, why can't anyone over there check and do the booking? FYI. I already have a home in Ahmedabad but no one lives there because I and my entire extended family lives in the US. I believe it would be better to just get it cleaned in advance and spend a few hours there, rather than dealing with such unprofessional people.

I am generally a loyal customer and go to this hotel regularly. I feel finding new hotel is generally a hassle. Today the breakfast experience was not good. The staff trying to avoid eye contact then how to ask help? I have to go to him and tell. Manager at place so that he cannot be found ’’ and again avoiding face. I normally don’t criticise but they need real overhaul so that they stand their old earned name.

The location is excellent since it's right next to the airport. However, the food is extremely expensive and not tasty. A 1-liter water bottle costs Rs 250 plus GST. The rooms are small, and the AC is hard to control. The LED TV only has free channels, and even the 10 Paisa channel isn't clear. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is large, but the service is poor, despite being called a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping and other services are quick.
