This has to be one of the worst stay! Firstly I believe all reviews are mostly fake about hospitality and photos are also very cleverly taken to portray it's a big hotel which it's not , it's just a floor on a commercial building..Not a HOTEL ! i reached early around at 7:30AM , I asked if they have any room to get fresh , they mentioned it's possible..check in is 1PM then only they'll provide I later asked can we get complimentary breakfast as we are not going to be there Tommorow morning , we were leaving 5am next day so we need breakfast during check in date..He said NO it's not possible.. I was with my senior citizen mom waiting in a lobby which is smaller than my living room .. There was no locker facility either to put our luggage and go outside.. staff was very rude..later I got angry and threaten them that I am going to put a bad review then he agreed on breakfast.. Breakfast was awful, it was too bad...also a guy was there keeping a constant eye on everyone who's having the breakfast..I don't know why..Flies everywhere on breakfast.. it was awful..then we still kept the luggage in their Lobby as I was feeling claustrophobic and hungry as well ..We asked them to call me once room is ready.. It took 3-4 hours for them to give me room.. around at 11:30 we got the room And the room bad experience begins. They kept used rubber slippers in front of bathroom..Toilet was not tidy .. washbasin was like a local hotel .. tv was not working at all...mugs were dirty that I almost vomited.. Glasses were also dirty and so does the water heater ..we tried to stay out as much as possible from the hotel ...the only reason I booked this is because it was close to Sabarmati station..And I had vande Bharat in the morning.. To put cherry on top they also charged us for water bottles they provided at the end ..I don't know why I see many good reviews about this place.. all are fake reviews for sure...Staff rude behaviour was unnecessary..This place should be closed or atleast reviews should be genuine
