Hotel Bait Inn

Very unclean washroom. The taps and showers are not cleaned since ages.The reception staff is very arrogant. When asked for cleaning, he gave excuse of giving early check-in so not cleaned the washroom. It took 30 mins for housekeeping to come and clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Bait Inn with our family. The hotel is family-friendly and comfortable. The staff was cooperative and supportive throughout our stay, and room service was prompt and satisfactory.We booked a total of 5 rooms (2 triple occupancy and 3 double occupancy). The rooms were clean and well maintained. The triple occupancy rooms were surprisingly more spacious compared to the double occupancy ones, which worked well for our family stay.Hot water was available whenever requested, which was a big plus. The hotel’s location is another advantage’Riverfront, Atal Bridge, and a few other tourist spots are at a walkable distance, making sightseeing very convenient.The window view is not very impressive, but that didn’t affect our overall experience. Parking space is available, and both bikes and cars can be managed comfortably.Overall, it was a good one-night stay and definitely value for money. Would recommend this hotel for families visiting Ahmedabad.

Although it is at good place but I don’t think I will ever book this place again or recommend it to anyone if you are getting room no 103, This room smells a lot like a gutter. Every time I complained, they only sprayed the perfume and nothing else

The hotel looked good when i booked in terms of images with miced reviews, and thought of a good boutique hotel. But i was proved wrong with my visit and experience. The hotel is runned down property in many ways, although they are trying to cope up. The service is really average except the outstanding housekeeping department, my check-in was well informed over a call and through wattasapp message that it will be around 8 pm, when I arrive at 8:30 pm room was not ready without any excuse i have to wait for around 20 minutes. Being a single occupancy the room was too small and tight even to walk freely around bed. I took the MAP plan out of my choice i was proved wrong again, the dinner spread was below average, it geels like they are just obliging me for being in the MAP Plan, one evening they placed only a Chinese buffet dinner with no other choice and they included fry Papad with noodles and manchurian what a shame. I think there is no one to manage the hotel, it completely runs on the mercy of the respective departments. While we were having breakfast which was better of all with other guests in the restaurant the staff was dusting and mopping the floor... We all objected to him, so silly to tell the staff what to do and what not to do. I hope some manager joins and takes care of the operation not from the cabin but from the front. Hope the above services are restored soon for the betterment of hospitality.

The room is so too small, I felt they made room in balcony. The food is not tasty at all, breakfast is very limited. There price offline is very high compared to online booking. I never will suggest this hotel tp anyone , nor i will book again. As there are many better option in ahmedabad.
