I recently stayed at Hotel Alka Inn in Ahmedabad, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.While the room was average, the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not treat guests with basic courtesy or respect. The response to requests was slow and careless, and there was a clear lack of hospitality.In the hotel industry, staff behavior and service quality matter the most, and sadly, this hotel failed in that area. I would not recommend staying here unless the management seriously improves staff training and customer service standards.

This is the worst room in the whole universe.Nothing was clean and the bed looked like it hadn’t been changed for days.The washroom was dirty and smelled horrible.Basic facilities were missing despite full payment.The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.They talk arrogantly and do not care about customer complaints.Room service was very slow and careless.The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.I felt completely cheated after staying here.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The tone used when speaking to guests was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Instead of providing assistance, they made the experience stressful and uncomfortable.Reception is the first point of contact, and this behavior reflects very poorly on the entire hotel. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism ruined my stay. I would not recommend this hotel
