Hotel Mivaante

Rooms were good but had problems, like mine had dim lighting in washrooms, Telephonic service in room didn’t work so had no way to contact the reception, flush in washrooms were bad. The receptionists were rude and wanted all documentation but did not provide any asked service.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. Nice rooms good location everything. But the worst thing about such good property is terribly low educated staff members the ones who are the face of the hotel when there’s no manager or gm, the lady staff sitting at the front office, the rudest i’ve ever seen in hospitality field. Doesn’t know how to treat, respect, and talk to guests. One things for sure, if she stays and works with the property there are many more negative reviews on there way.Good property but worst experience.

Service has been really poor, it takes 1 hr for anything to come after ordering even like water bottle and all.Receptionist was very arrogant and not friendly. Intentionally she was not able to understand customer perceptive. Also there was a difference of 5k for a room charge in offline and booking via clear-trip.Will not really recommend this place if you want peaceful stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The behavior of the hotel staff supervisor and the front desk receptionists was unprofessional and unfriendly. Their attitude did not reflect good hospitality, and there was a complete lack of proper service.When we reached the room, we checked the menu card, which listed many food items. However, in reality, only sandwiches were available, and even those were not up to the mark in taste or quality. This was quite misleading and frustrating.The only positive part of the stay was the waiters. Their behavior was polite and respectful, and they tried their best within their limitations.Overall, the hotel seriously needs to improve its staff behavior, service quality, and food availability to meet basic customer expectations.

Writing this review in the hotel lobby. From parking to check in to check out the experience has been just a big negative star. Let's say that this hotel was made to host like 4 star but uts not even worth a star. Rooms were unclean with cob webs, reception was disaster, the morning checkout person did not care to get up from the seat and show us the way to the parking area. We have been roadtrippers for so long.. but this kind of hotel, housekeeping, reception and hospitality was the most bizzare I must say.
