Staff at reception was too arrogantJust pulled up a chair for senior citizen and he just got hyper for such a small thingThey much teach their staff to be polite and request the guests to follow the norms and not get hyperThey are into hospitality business!Hope so management takes it into notice

We had a wonderful experience at Prasang Presidency Hotels & Banquets. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable with a pleasant ambience. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, creating a perfect atmosphere for our event. The food was excellent with great taste and a wide variety that all our guests appreciated. Above all, the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and cooperative throughout. Highly recommended!
