Our time at Vivanta Ahmedabad was much more than a typical hotel stay; it was a heartfelt experience. Celebrating our 10th anniversary, every team member went out of their way to make it unforgettable. From the outstanding leadership of the General Manager to the kindness and personal attention from Mr. Bhaskar, Mr. Nahr, Mr. Saurabh, and their amazing team, we felt truly cared for throughout our visit. The hospitality was exceptional, never feeling like a favor but a genuine desire to ensure we had the best experience. The food was outstanding, with chefs customizing dishes to our tastes. We were especially touched by the care for our daughter’s milk and soya allergies—after mentioning it once, the whole team was mindful and prepared safe yet delicious cakes, pastries, desserts, and other dishes. Such thoughtful coordination and care are rare. From drivers and housekeeping to chefs, servers, and management, everyone made us feel so welcome and at home that we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Ahmedabad. Having traveled worldwide and stayed at many top hotels, this stay holds a unique place in our hearts. It was about more than luxury; it was about genuine warmth, consideration, and friendships we will treasure. Thank you, Team Vivanta Ahmedabad, for creating lifelong memories. We eagerly look forward to returning.

I enjoyed my stay at this Taj hotel. The staff were polite and efficient. The rooms are straightforward since it's a business hotel, but they are nicely decorated and clean. A highlight was seeing a cute dog belonging to another guest on my floor, as the hotel allows pets! The dining room and room service staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to Suman, Sova, Dhirendra, Astha, Neang Su, and their team. Keep up the excellent work! The spa booking process could be better organized.

We attended a family event but were quite let down by the food quality. It seemed as if spoiled tomatoes were used in the North Indian dishes. A major letdown. However, the decor and service were satisfactory.

An excellent premium location; the prices are somewhat elevated, but luxury has its cost. The place is tidy, well-kept, and the staff is friendly and hospitable.
