Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay.The location is also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.The breakfast was good overall, though there is some scope to improve the taste and add a little more variety to the menu. A more diverse spread would make the breakfast experience even better.Overall, a comfortable stay with good service, a convenient location, and welcoming hospitality. Would be happy to stay here again.

Our overall experience was a mixed bag. While there were some good aspects, there were also several basic things that were disappointing, especially considering we had booked a studio apartment, which should ideally come equipped with all the necessary amenities and should be properly prepared before the guest arrives. Negative Feedback: First and foremost, the WC was not cleaned when we entered the room. It was very clear that it had been used by the previous guest and had not been properly cleaned afterward. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and housekeeping perspective. A guest should never have to walk into a room and find a pre-used, unclean WC. The kitchen area was also missing basic amenities like plates and spoons. If you are advertising and booking a studio apartment, these essentials should already be available in the room. Otherwise, there is very little point in calling it a studio apartment with kitchen facilities. The hair dryer was missing from the washroom, and the bathrobe provided was stained. The bathrobe was only provided after we specifically requested it, whereas such basic amenities should have been checked and kept ready before the guest's arrival. Another disappointing point was that although the room was booked for two people, the dental kit was provided for only one guest. These are small things, but they reflect the attention to detail and preparation of the room. Honestly, these are not luxury demands we are talking about basic cleanliness, hygiene and standard amenities. The hotel really needs to improve its housekeeping and room-preparation checklist. Guests should not have to keep calling reception to ask for things that should already be present. Positive Feedback: On the positive side, breakfast was superb and we had absolutely no complaints about it. The security arrangements were also good, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. Special thanks to Paras and Rajkumar, who were extremely helpful, polite and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Their service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the property has good potential, but the housekeeping and room-preparation standards need serious improvement. Cleanliness and basic amenities should never be compromised, especially when guests are paying for a studio apartment and expecting a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The overall service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was truly impressive. Everything was well - managed, and the overall experience was top-notch.A special mention to Bandana and Harpreet from the Food Service Department for their outstanding service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a great experience with excellent food, exceptional service, and a very professional team. Highly recommended.
