Top hotel in Ahmedabad with excellent service

I faced the following problems during my recent stay:1. *Unjustified Early Check-in Charge* I was charged 500 for an early check-in of just 4 hours, which was not communicated in advance.2. *Poor Room Hygiene & Condition* The room was in a very poor state. There were insects inside, and basic hygiene was lacking. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, torn, and had visible stains/marks.3. *Discrepancy in Check-out Time & Extra Charges* While the booking clearly mentioned 12 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, the staff insisted that check-out was at 10 AM and demanded extra payment at the time of check-out.I request you to look into these issues and take necessary action. I also expect a refund/waiver of the unfair charges.Please resolve this and refund the extra charges.

The room was not cleaned well and remains quite dirty. The cleaning materials used also seemed unclean. Please address this as soon as possible.

Staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. There were no towels, no shop available, and the AC was poor. The staff were unpleasant and the hotel management was very poor.
