ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

We stayed at ITC Narmada Ahmedabad location. This hotel really cares about their guests and goes over and beyond to make them happy. We were very pleased with the helpful front desk, room service, all 3 of the restaurants staff (very attentive and polite) , to the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, so many wonderful options to choose from and the staff made us feel so welcomed.Additionally, we had the best spa experience. You don’t just receive a massage but an experience. This place made us feel like royalty. The staff that took care of us on multiple days were all exceptional. Please let Jenny, Borda, Unity, and Esther know how much their kindness meant to us. They are truly an asset to your hotel. You will be missed.

Its grade is way below luxury hotel. Staff is least bothered especially in the kitchen. Everyone is running as if they have somewhere to go and don't have time. Most of the food items were cold and they didn't bring the orders that guests gave.Chefs never came to ask guests how was everything. Staff was clueless and manager was yelling staff in the morning in front of guests.We were given dirty napkins when we went for dinner. And even though tables were empty they kept us waiting. When we complained about it they gave us table. Even the table during breakfast was dirty when we sat.They kept half used toiletries in the room just stuck sticker to make it look brand new. Reception staff was rude too and didn't take care of the guests. Rahul was an exception at reception though.When we went to raise complaint at the reception another foreigner guest also had same complaints just like us. He in fact gave 1 star rating in front of us standing there. Blinds in the bathroom werent working. When they came to clean the room next day removed cushions without us telling them. Pillows were so used that it had knots and was not at all comfortable.I can go on and on about what all was wrong. we paid premium but the service that we received was on 3 star hotel.Highly disappointed and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service by Fayaz Shrayes Bittu Laxmi , I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this Yi Jing restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every item was perfectly prepared and served hot. The variety on the menu was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences.The staff was polite, attentive, and quick with the service, making the whole experience even more pleasant. The ambiance was clean, calm, and comfortable ’ a perfect way to start the day.Overall, an outstanding breakfast with great taste and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful morning meal!

I am staying at the ITC Hotel for a week, and my first impression was excellent. The service is outstanding, with remarkable attentiveness to guests’ needs. The staff are highly professional and genuinely friendly, always paying close attention to detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and well cared for. This high standard of hospitality is consistently reflected at every level of the team.I would especially like to thank Yadvendra. When I saw him cleaning the room and mentioned that simply replacing the towels would be sufficient, he still ensured the room was thoroughly cleaned and took the time to explain the hotel’s commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out and made my stay even more pleasant.
