Terrible staff behavior ruined our stay—management needs to step in.I rarely leave negative reviews, but the behavior of the staff at itc fortune ahmedabad was so poor that I feel compelled to warn other travelers. On [09-09-26] at around [05:30 ], we encountered a major issue with [Front office staff]. Instead of being helpful, they were [unprofessional / argumentative / dismissive] when we brought up a legitimate concern about [i am small request to give us smoking room but she ans very roud].Even when we tried to resolve it calmly, we were met with eye-rolls and hostility. A hospitality business should train its team on basic courtesy. I highly recommend staying elsewhere until management addresses their customer service standards
