Rooms were fine not very great. Room service is very slow and there are no facilities for kids or family to stay other than a good restaurant and a swimming pool. So only good for person coming for business purpose. Not great for family stays specially for longer duration.Cleanliness and hygene is not at the level of marriot.

It's been upgraded to LM and rooms have come out real nice. Public areas are also shaping up amazing. Watch out for opening date . .. Coming Soon.

Worth to stay for long.probably will stay again.

I’ve been a loyal Bonvoy member for years, staying at Bonvoy hotels around the world, but my recent experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ahmedabad left me utterly disappointed. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and the manager’s behavior was the worst part of the entire experience. Despite having a confirmed online reservation, I was refused check-in without any valid reason or apology.As a long-time Bonvoy member, I’ve never encountered such ignorance and lack of courtesy at any Marriott property. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. The contrast to the incredible service I’ve received at other Bonvoy hotels, including the DoubleTree in the same city, was glaring. At the DoubleTree, the service was exceptional, but this Courtyard experience was a complete opposite.If you are a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) or anyone who values professionalism and good service, I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel. The lack of respect for guests and the poor customer service is truly unacceptable. If you're looking for a pleasant stay, look elsewhere!

we have stayed there for one night and they provided us the delux suite after paying almost 32k. First of all at the restaurant the staff was only one who is taking order and serving the same as well. service was pathetic. Food also not recommended. The room was planned as to just cover the space in triangle shape feels of negativity only. In morning breakfast, the items were supposed the feel immediately as the hotel was fully occupied but the staff didnot even know the items were finished and we waited for almost 25 min to just have items in breakfast. At the time of check in and even after paying all rent in advance around 32k the receptionist ask for card details for food and beverages and other consumption as if we ran away without giving money.Pathetic service, discomfort rooms, money minded, lack of hospitality ... not recommended at all
