Hardik, Rakesh and Ritika were exceptionally helpful. We had our breakfast and dinner in the hotel and these guys made sure we had a comfortable stay.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the overall experience was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was very good, and I would especially like to appreciate Ramesh for making the check-in experience comfortable and hassle-free. He was polite, helpful, and handled everything professionally.A special mention to the General Manager, Mr. Firoz, for his wonderful hospitality and personal attention. His warm and welcoming nature really made a difference and showed the hotel’s commitment to taking good care of its guests.The overall staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was approachable and ready to assist whenever required, which made the stay more enjoyable.The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options and good taste. It was a nice way to start the day.Overall, I had a very good experience staying at the hotel. The hospitality, friendly staff, smooth check-in, and good breakfast made my stay comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good. The rooms and washrooms are clean and well-maintained. However, there is no self-service laundry facility, so guests have to use the hotel's laundry service, which is quite expensive compared to regular local laundry services.The staff is polite and helpful, but during longer stays, the quality of service tends to decline compared to the excellent service provided on the first day.The food is excellent. The breakfast is especially impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options available every morning.One suggestion for future guests: avoid using the hotel's transport service, as it is significantly more expensive than ride-hailing options like Ola, Uber, or Rapido, which are much more affordable.
