It was overall good stay in the hotel . The rooms are neat and tidy . Breakfast was good and options was also better. Nice front desk support from mr. Ramesh and Miss Anjali.

However, the size of standard rooms tends to be on the smaller side, which can feel a bit cramped, especially for longer stays or if you’re traveling with luggage. Some guests have also noted that while the rooms look good in photos, certain fittings and furnishings show signs of aging, and occasional maintenance issues like faulty switches or slow housekeeping response can occur. Upgrading to a higher room category often improves the experience, offering more space and better comfort.

Mr Sujit Singh from guest relations was incredibly polite and ensured that all guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. I would also like to appreciate Pinki, Rifat and Anjali from housekeeping for maintaining the room so well and always greeting guests with a smile. At the restaurant, Mr. Promod , Pratham, Rakesh and Naresh provided excellent service and made sure every meal was enjoyable.Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out.
