Went for a staycation for a day. What a beautiful experience

Overall, our experience wasn’t too bad. The food was pretty good and the food service staff were nice and attentive. The location is beautiful, and the amenities and games available made the stay enjoyable.However, there were a couple of disappointing issues. We had booked the room for three adults, and the extra bed that was provided was extremely uncomfortable—honestly, much worse than what you’d find even in a very budget hotel. This really affected our sleep. Additionally, when we asked the staff to refill our water bottles, they filled them with tap water without informing us. This was very unprofessional and concerning, as it could have made us sick. We did not expect this level of carelessness from the property.
