Our stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was truly exceptional and a beautiful reflection of genuine luxury hospitality.What stood out the most during our stay was the extraordinary care and compassion shown by the hotel team when my daughter suddenly experienced severe gastric pain and vomiting one morning. The moment we informed the reception, a doctor was arranged immediately and arrived very quickly. During such a stressful moment away from home, the team handled everything with so much professionalism and kindness, and even took care of the medical payment, which we deeply appreciated.A very special thanks to Praveen from the Aravalli restaurant, whose service went far beyond expectations. From recommending excellent dishes during dinner to personally ensuring we were well taken care of, every meal was memorable and absolutely delicious. Before our departure to the airport, he once again showed remarkable thoughtfulness by arranging packed food for my daughter since she was unable to have breakfast. Such genuine care is truly rare.From the beginning of our stay, the hospitality was warm and seamless. Ankit at the front desk welcomed us graciously, ensured a smooth check-in experience, and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade.Although the room initially had a slight musty smell, the team responded promptly and kindly offered to change the room. After fresheners were arranged, the room became comfortable and we were happy to continue our stay there.We also enjoyed the spa experience, which was relaxing, rejuvenating, and very well managed.To the entire team at The Leela Palace Jaipur, thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. Easily the best hotel in Jaipur so far. It’s about a 40-minute drive from the city, but it's such a cool, beautiful place to stay—absolutely top-notch.
