My stay at Dera Rawatsar was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating. They made me feel welcome right away, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.I was delighted with my room, which was located right in front of the pool. Such a lovely and relaxing view to wake up to. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious Indian dishes, along with made-to-order omelettes tailored to your preference.One charming and unique touch was seeing two Indian star tortoises roaming around the property in the mornings. It added to the peaceful and homely atmosphere of the place. In the evenings, I enjoyed spending time by the pool, and the staff even lent us an inflatable ball so my friend and I could play and unwind.On my third day, I had an early departure to catch my train back to Delhi, and the staff thoughtfully prepared a packaged breakfast for me to take along. Such a considerate gesture. They also offer one complimentary ride, giving you the option of either airport pickup or drop-off, which is very convenient.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Dera Rawatsar. The combination of attentive service, comfortable amenities, and thoughtful touches made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. It’s definitely worth the money.
There are better places to stay at in better areas at the same price point. The hotel is nice, basic , comfortable beds the bathroom could do with an update, a bit dingy and sometimes had an awful sewage smell. We had two terrible experiences with taxis/ uberwhen the hotel booked them for us , both times the drivers tried to rip us off after claiming the hotel had given them the wrong addresses! The Hotel driver also took us on a massive 1 hour detour to a shop ( commission) inspite of me giving him a list of the places we wished to visit with their addresses. after telling him not to do that again he didn't, as it was such a waste of time!!! I would not stay here again.
