I chose this hotel thinking its 4 star but it deserves 1 star. Extremely poor service and staff. Rooms don't have any basic facility. Water clogging in bathrooms, no hot water in rooms, smaller rooms where you can't have extra mattress, no water in room, no dental kits, no staff, requested extra comforter due to sick health, wasn't given, it's an hostel not an hotel. Please be aware of poor services.

I selected this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but it only merits 1 star. The service and staff are very poor. The rooms lack basic amenities. Bathrooms have water clogging, no hot water is available, rooms are too small to add an extra mattress, no water is provided in the room, no dental kits are available, and staff presence is lacking. I asked for an extra comforter because I was unwell, but it was not provided. This place feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Be cautious of the poor service here.
