Exceptional hospitality

Except location everything is worst in hotel. Mention 4 star hotels and moisture in walls. I hd attended family function and whenever ask for tea or food never available even when we ready to pay at same time. If need water need to go ground floor and take water as no one pick the call. Overall experience at this hotel is worst one. If this is the last the last hotel to stay I prefer to stay in railway station .

Apart from the location, everything else about the hotel is disappointing. Despite being a 4-star hotel, there was moisture on the walls. I attended a family function there, and whenever I asked for tea or food, it was never available even though I was ready to pay immediately. If you need water, you have to go to the ground floor yourself because no one answers the calls. Overall, my experience at this hotel was the worst. If this were the only hotel available, I would rather stay at the railway station.

No air conditioning, no lights, no dustbin, and poor plumbing fixtures.
