My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. Instead of making the stay comfortable, their attitude made the entire experience frustrating.The hotel was also overcharging for basic drinking water, which felt unreasonable and unacceptable, especially considering the overall level of service provided. On top of that, several basic facilities that one would normally expect from a hotel were either not provided or were completely inadequate.There was a clear lack of attention to guest comfort, service quality, and basic hospitality. The staff showed very little willingness to assist or resolve concerns.Overall, poor service, disappointing facilities, and an unprofessional staff made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their customer service and the facilities offered to guests.

Extremely disappointing stay — not appropriate for families or women. This was among the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The hotel is completely unsuitable for women or families. The bathroom doors lacked proper locks, raising serious privacy and safety issues. Cleanliness was nearly nonexistent. The overall hygiene and upkeep were very poor. There is barely anything resembling a proper restaurant — it's mostly a bar, which might not be family-friendly. Overall, the place felt like a low-quality establishment. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Honestly, the hotel was so badly maintained and uncomfortable that I'd prefer waiting on a train station platform rather than staying here again. At least a train station would feel more acceptable than spending a night at this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Our family group spent a significant amount, but the experience did not meet our expectations at all. Housekeeping was very poor, with the bathroom and toilet being dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. Overall cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene were far below acceptable levels. Breakfast service was badly organized, with no proper system at the buffet and delays in replenishing dishes. The buffet and dining areas were not cleaned properly, which was especially upsetting for a family stay. Given the cost and our expectations, the experience was not worth it. I would not suggest this hotel and hope management addresses these problems by improving housekeeping, maintenance, hygiene, and food service.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, which is the main reason I choose to stay here. However, the rooms always have a cigarette smoke odor, and the service is so poor 🙄 that if you request an extra towel, it takes at least half an hour to arrive. When you ask for an extra mattress included in the package, it does come on time but is delivered in a smelly and unpleasant condition. The parking staff are very rude; after I parked my vehicle, they kept shouting at me, making my friends so uncomfortable that they urged me to leave immediately. But I wanted them to experience more humiliation, so I asked them to stay the night and endure the terrible service included in the package. The more you ask or expect, the more you get humiliated. The treatment is so degrading that you start questioning why you chose to stay at this hotel.
