Ginger Hotel in Jaipur

I stayed at Ginger Hotel (Mangalam GeejGarh House, Hawa Sadak, Jaipur) yesterday with my family. The room infrastructure was average, but the bathroom condition was very poor. Water was collecting on one side of the bathroom, which made it very slippery and unsafe. There was a constant fear of slipping. In my room (408), only hot water was coming ’ there was no cold water at all. We called the reception, but it took almost 1.5 hours for the maintenance team to respond, and the issue was still not properly resolved. The reception staff also did not provide proper answers or support.Because of this issue, I got delayed. I had to travel from Jaipur to Devbhumi Dwarka, and I almost missed my train due to the delay caused by the hotel’s poor service.I would strongly suggest that anyone planning to stay here think once before booking, especially if you are traveling with family. For family stays, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Had a one day stay at Ginger Jaipur . The location of this hotel is great as it was near Taj Rambagh which makes it very convenient for us. Rooms were clean. We had breakfast and it was reasonably good. Overall good experience.

Most rooms are the old style Ginger. But they are what they are, and displayed on the website. Can't complain. The front desk people are all surely, and slow. The food at their cafe is inconsistent. Wait staff are nice. Room service food that I ate, was excellent and generous in service.Couldn't get the wifi to work. Their system just would t throw me an otp. What should concern you however is security. Anyone can access the hotel, just walk in unstopped and get all the way to your room in any floor. The elevator has no card reader, the card reader at floor entries don't work, and you can bypass the reception. Be careful, keep your doors locked.

Ginger Jaipur is a clean pretty well maintained ambiance and vibes is welcoming, staff is friendly and helpful specially for food, food quality is great ’? open rooftop dine is beautiful kids love to play zone, they provide variety of options in food, kids food special khichdi and daal rice provided in complimentary so over all its a good experience during our stay.Location is easily accessible have ample amount of parking.*One thing that can be improved please add 2chair/sofa for sitting in room and washroom’s need some improvement otherwise ginger deserves 5/5’?Highly recommend ’?

Dear Ginger Team,Thank you for the wonderful services during our stay. A special appreciation to the F&B team’Tarachand (Captain), Pawan (Manager), Kishan (Steward), Tanveer (Steward), and Amit (Captain)’for their excellent service and delicious food. The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching anywhere in the city, and the parking facilities are good and sufficient. However, we did miss having a balcony in the room. Also, we noticed that on Google reviews some visitors had shared pool videos, but at the hotel, there was no pool available (neither inside nor rooftop). It would be helpful if this is clarified to avoid confusion for future guests. For dining outside, we found Govindam Vegetarian Restaurant nearby to be good and reasonably priced.Overall, our journey was comfortable and memorable. Thank you once again for the hospitality.Warm regards,Arun Tyagi
