You feel like you’re in fairyland. Staff are courteous to a fault and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I’d requested for a little cake to make my partner’s birthday on the day we were arriving and the room was beautifully done up for the occasion. Environment is serene and peaceful with peacocks in the manicured lawns. Food at all three restaurants we tried was top notch. The buggy ride and warm welcome all make you feel like royalty. Very pleased - most of all with the warm, smiley people who make you feel so special there
I recently stayed at Jai Mahal Palace and it was honestly one of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. We have stayed at several Taj properties before, but this one truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and patient. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday and admittedly troubled the team quite a lot with our requests, but they handled everything with such grace and kindness. They really went above and beyond to make the celebration special for her, and that effort did not go unnoticed.Another highlight was the food. Every meal we had was outstanding, easily some of the best food we’ve experienced at any hotel. It’s honestly difficult to put the entire experience into words. Everything about the stay, the service, the warmth of the staff, the attention to detail, and the food made it truly memorable. I would absolutely recommend everyone to experience this property at least once, and I would personally love to visit again.
